Cookie Policy
This website uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively referred to as “tools”) provided either by us or by third parties.

A cookie is a small text file stored by the browser on your device. Similar technologies include web storage (local/session storage), fingerprints, tags, or pixels. Most browsers are set by default to accept cookies and similar technologies. However, you can usually set your browser to reject tools or only store them with your prior consent. If you reject tools, you may not be able to use all of our services without problems.

You can object to the use of certain tools at any time. To do so, simply write to us at mungo@mungo.swiss. Alternatively, you can also revoke your consent for certain tools directly with the provider. If personal data is transferred to third countries, we refer you to our privacy policy, also with regard to the associated risks.

The tools we use are listed below, where we provide you with specific information about the providers of the tools, the storage period of the tools, and the transfer of data to third parties.

1. Tools used

1.1 Google Fonts

Our website uses Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google Fonts"). Google Fonts enables us to integrate the display of external fonts into the design of our website and to display them correctly, which helps us to make the design of our website more user-friendly. Google Fonts does not set cookies, but when you visit one of our pages where we integrate Google Fonts, Google is informed which of our web pages you have visited. In addition, the IP address of the visitor's device browser is stored by Google.

1.2 Google Tag Manager

Our website uses Google Tag Manager, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google Tag Manager"). We use Tag Manager to manage the tools and external services we use on our website and to enable the use of so-called tags. A tag is a code element that is stored in the source code of the website to control, for example, which page or service elements and tools are activated and loaded in which order. In some cases, the data is processed on a Google server in the USA.

1.3 Google Analytics 4

Our website uses the web analytics service Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google Analytics 4”). If you have not consented to the use of analytics tools, your data will not be collected by Google Analytics 4.

Google Analytics 4 uses JavaScript and pixels to read information on your device and cookies to store information on your device. This is used to analyze your usage behavior and improve our website. The access data is compiled by Google on our behalf into pseudonymous usage profiles and transferred to a Google server in the USA. We will process the information obtained to evaluate your use of the website and to compile evaluations of website activity.

The data collected as part of the usage analysis by Google Analytics 4 is enriched with data from Google Search Console and linked to data from Google Ads, in particular to measure the success of our advertising campaigns (so-called conversions).

The following data may be processed by Google Analytics 4: IP address; user ID and device ID; referrer URL (previously visited page); pages viewed (date, time, URL, title, duration); files downloaded; links clicked to other websites; achievement of certain goals (conversions); technical information (operating system; browser type, version, and language; device type, brand, model, and resolution); approximate location (country, region, and, if applicable, city, based on the anonymized IP address).

1.4 Google reCAPTCHA

Our website uses reCAPTCHA, which is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("reCAPTCHA"). ReCAPTCHA is a service that protects websites from spam software and abuse by non-human visitors. We use it to ensure that we keep bots away. Therefore, your IP address and other data required by Google for the reCAPTCHA service may be transmitted to Google. This includes referrer URL, IP address, information about your operating system, cookies, mouse and keyboard behavior, date and language settings, JavaScript objects, and screen resolution.

1.5 Google Ads

Our website uses Google Ads, which is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google Ads”). Google Ads is a service that allows us to create online ads to reach people at the exact moment they are interested in our products and services. It is a service that allows us to promote our business, support product sales, increase brand awareness, and drive traffic to our website by placing ads on relevant Google searches. In addition, we use it to track customer interactions with our business, i.e., when customers take actions that we define as valuable – commonly known as "conversions" (e.g., purchases). Finally, we use Google Ads for remarketing purposes, where a small piece of code (remarketing code) on our website adds you to a remarketing list when you visit our website. When you visit another website that uses the Google advertising network, you will see an ad from us. For this purpose, Google places tools on your device to display relevant ads and track your actions. This involves the processing of personal data such as online identifiers (e.g., cookie identifiers, IP addresses, and device identifiers) and identifications (name, email addresses, phone numbers, customer identifiers, and addresses).

1.6 Meta Pixel

Our website uses Meta Pixel, a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta Pixel"). Meta Pixel is a tool that enables us to measure the effectiveness of our advertising by understanding user actions on our website. It helps us implement JavaScript code on our website to track and dynamically deliver content to website visitors by setting tracking cookies that help us understand how our website is used, as well as advertising cookies so that we can reach customers in the future via Facebook ads. Website visitors are linked to their respective Facebook accounts and identified via the cookies set on their devices. The Meta Pixel tracks the URLs and domains visited, as well as the devices used by website visitors.

1.7 LinkedIn Insight Tag

Our website uses the LinkedIn Insight Tag, a service provided by LinkedIn Ireland, Wilton Plaza, Wilton Place, Dublin 2, Ireland ("LinkedIn Insight Tag"). The LinkedIn Insight Tag is a JavaScript code that we integrate into our website to help us report on our advertising campaigns and understand how visitors use our website. It allows us to track conversions, retarget website visitors, and gain demographic insights about LinkedIn members who visit our site. Cookies are placed on visitors’ web browsers when they access our website. This enables us to determine which users have seen our ads, improve marketing campaign performance, and better demonstrate the effectiveness of our advertising.

1.8 Twitter Plugins

Our website uses Twitter plugins, a service provided by Twitter International Company, One Cumberland Place, Fenian Street, Dublin 2, DO2 AX07, Ireland ("Twitter Plugins"). Twitter plugins enable the integration of Twitter content and features into our website, allowing visitors to share our website content via Twitter. Twitter plugins set cookies that allow you to stay logged into Twitter, use Twitter functions, and see more relevant ads. These cookies also help us better understand how advertising and marketing campaigns are performing.

2. Changes to This Cookie Policy

We may update our Cookie Policy from time to time. Therefore, we recommend that you review this Cookie Policy regularly for any changes. Changes to this Cookie Policy become effective when they are published on this page.
